House rules:
To make Your stay at our house comfortable as possible we would like You to take a look at our house rules.
- When coming, apartment will be ready for entrance from 14:00pm and when You’ll be leaving it should be empty by 9:00am (other terms are possible but only with announcement and agreement with the host.
- Guests are risponsible for all their staff and values left in apartment. In case that something is missing host is not responsible.
- It’s frobiden to devastate equipment and furniture. Disturbing other guests with noise from 2:00pm to 4:00pm is not allowed. From 11:00pm to 7:00am loudness is also not allowed so guests could sleep.
- Accomodation may be used only by persons that are registrated as guests. If a guest would like to have someone as a guest at rented apartment , he must ask the host about it. If at arrival number of guests is higher than it was agreed before , host is not obligated to accept them.
- We are sorry but pets are not allowed.
- In case of damage on instalation , furniture , devices or equipment in apartment , guest is obliged to inform host about it. Guest is risponsible for any damage and is also obliged to get apartment as it was before or pay for damage he made.
- If the guest is not holding to these rules , host has the right stop provideing it’s services.
- Since the host is obligated by law to check in his guests at Tourisam Association ,at arrival all guests must leave id card or passport to host.
- Remaining amount of invoice should be payed to host in two days from the day of arrival.
- Lump sum for the final cleaning is not needed. Because of that we kindly ask You to leave apartment clean and tidy behind You. During the stay guests will take care of cleaning by themself.
- Host will assure clean sheets and linen every seven days. Also at arrival everything will be clean for You. We do offer towels and change them every 4 days.
- Parking lots are not numbered for apartments what means that each guest may park at empty parking space (garage or front yard). Number of cars for each apartment is limited to one what means if guests are comeing by more than one car they’ll have to park it 40meters from the house where free parking is allowed.
